If there’s a band that went from zero to huge this year, it was Foster The People. I saw these guys play in a bar’s backyard at SXSW and now they’re playing in front of thousands. This song is pure euphoria and joy. I must love everything Dan Bejar does, and there are always a couple tracks on every Destroyer release that are standouts for me. Bejar somehow combines 70’s soft rock (complete with horns & saxophones) with modern synth and it just works. Chinatown is another wonderful track.

This new singer has gotten a lot of attention, mostly because of her rapid rise from obscurity (along with an obligatory name change from Lizzy Grant). But forget all of the cipro sale randomactscomics.com controversy, just listen to this awesome song. It’s beautiful.

Some wondered how The Black Keys could follow up the critical and commercial success of “Brothers”. That clearly hasn’t been a problem as shown on this track that highlights their ability to craft catchy rock hooks. Plus this may be the best video ever.

Cut Copy may be the best purveyor of eighties new wave synth going today and are at the top of their game in this wonderful kaledescopic track. See also Take Me Over.

Gotta love the bouncy piano sample put on a loop on this indie pop track, with frontman Jack Steadmen’s providing smooth vocals.

Gorgeous female vocals over a joyous synth-filled track. I can’t help but close my eyes and smile when I hear this one, and I hope you love it too.

It’s Billy McCarthy’s vocals (reminiscent of Modest Mouse’s Isaac Brock) which immediately grabs ahold of your attention and cheap canada zovirax online doesn’t let go. And ack, I just saw this on an REI commercial. See also Book of James.

It’s Ritzy Bryan’s clear female vocal that cuts through and balances against the dense and powerful cacophony of sound that whirrs up to a huge frenetic crescendo. Bravo.
